Make the Most of Your Microgreens- Our Favourite Spicy Microgreens Chutney Recipe
Harvesting microgreens every week often leaves us with extra greens. While we usually package and sell them, one week, we found ourselves with an abundance of shoot microgreens. Since we hate waste, we got creative—and that’s how our spicy microgreens chutney was born! A perfect addition to the Indian palate
This unique recipe gives a delicious Indian twist to microgreens by incorporating them into a bold, spicy chutney alongside smoky paneer tikka. The freshness of microgreens balances the rich, charred flavours of the paneer, making this a perfect appetizer or side dish.
